2019 - The Adventurer Shiraz
This limited-edition Shiraz is tribute to the early pioneering spirit of Stephen ‘The Adventurer’ Hack – John Barton Hack’s brother.
Stephen worked tirelessly with John to explore new opportunities in their harsh, but bountiful new homeland. Together, they owned vast properties including the first vineyard, whaling stations, dairy holdings, sheep and wheat farms – and together they created South Australia’s first ever wine.
The Adventurer is a rich, full bodied Shiraz with dark fruit and pepper wrapped in soft oak tannins. It’s a beautiful aged wine to share with special friends and family.
